The birth of QuotesMonkey.com

QuotesMonkey.com was founded by our President & CEO, Chris O'Neal, a local Memphis, Tennessee insurance agent for a large A+ insurance company selling Auto, Home, Life, Health and Business Insurance. Chris like many other agents had the obstacles of a struggling economy, high gas prices, and the "Mortgage Meltdown" and felt a big decline in his customer base. With the recent problems caused by an unstable economy he was forced to buy leads to help re-build his customer base. The lead buying experience however did not increase his profits but left him breaking even some of the time but most of the time taking a loss due to the lead companies selling leads to a large majority of agents leaving very little chance to make a sale because of Consumer fatique. To add insult to injury the lead companies were not flexible in payment options, in bank drafts dates, with caps and with filters, charging the agent price per filters which left our President & C.E.O. no other choice but to do what other lead companies failed to offer which is flexibility. By building QuotesMonkey.com we gear our website more towards the agent and less toward making a large profit with our primary interest of agent retention.

Every part of QuotesMonkey.com is from an agent's perspective from the lead types, to the billing options, to the draft dates, to the lead caps, to the lead filters, to the accessibility to add money to your account for the amount that you choose, and to the reports, which is needed to write off this very important business expense. It is not about making huge profits but rather keeping long term relationships with the agents we serve.
