Job Description
We are looking for outside sales/Business development/ Account Executives in all 50 states. You will have strong prospecting, relationship building, and new business development skills, looking for a long-term career. You will be responsible for marketing, selling and recruiting insurance agents to subscribe to our lead generation services. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in face-to-face sales and presentation skills.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

• Makes routine site visits to local insurance agencies to market our lead generation services
• Takes leads from existing customer base and develops new customer base
• Responsible for a weekly/monthly sales goals/quota
• Calls on previous and existing customers to cross sell other lead services
• Prepares and present live demonstration of our services in monthly agent meetings and/or corporate meetings
• Follows-up on website inquiries or phone call inquiries
• Provides customer service (handling and resolving customer problems, or changes to their account)
• Pursues new business as assigned by all management

Job Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) or a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
• Must have 1 to 3 years in sales preferably web based sales, Lead generation sales, Insurance related sales
• Must be disciplined enough to work from a home office
• Must be financially able to work on 100% commission (higher salary potential) as a 1099 contract employee
• Must be able to meet and exceed quotas and sales goals and be held accountable for lack of performance
• Must have valid drivers license and proper automobile registration
• Proof of insurance for personal automobile liability with limits of $100,000/$300,000/$100,000 which provide $100,000 per person injured, $300,000 total accident and $100,000 property damage
• Must have a Laptop with internet access, Cell Phone and Reliable transportation
• Must be familiar with web based services and the internet
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products to include PowerPoint, Excel, Word
• Must be comfortable presenting data, performing live demos and speaking in front of small and large groups
• Must be organized
• Must be money hungry and driven for success!!!

You will report directly to the President/Ceo & Regional Sales Manger

Primary Responsibility:
To contribute to the agency's income & profitability through the administration, servicing and development of accounts generated by or assigned to the Account Manager and or Regional Sales Manager and Field Account Executives

Essential Duties:

• Service and retain assigned accounts
• Manage enrollments
• Remarket accounts on a yearly basis
• Maintain client records, file & data base accurately and according to QuotesMonkey procedures
• Support sales activities
• Provide required reports on a timely basis
• Promote and enhance the reputation of the agency
• And all other duties assigned by the President/CEO, Regional Sales Manager, and staff in support of sales
• Cross-Sell other features of the company to increase sales volume

Requirements:

• 5 years minimum customer service experience dealing with Clients and their accounts/account administration
• Excellent written & verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficiency MS Word, Excel and Outlook. Ability to quickly develop adequate skills to utilize manual and computerized systems essential to perform duties
• The ability to work from a home office initially and willingness to transistion in to a physical office at a later date

Preferred Experience:

• Basic Knowledge of the insurance market (Property & Casualty, Life, Health, Group Health Annuities, Commercial Auto and Workers Comp. Helpful and will strongly be considered

Regional Manager-TN, AR, MS, KY, LA, GA, FL, MO

The Regional Manager will determine that all operations and activities of their assigned division are conducted in accordance with company procedures. Must utilize knowledge of marketing techniques, development of leads and referrals and proper follow-up with subscribers, as well as monitor sales activities, creation of goals and quotas for their region. Will process reports, process and approve payroll for division and monitor to ensure proper budget levels, goals and quotas are met for the company. Will also be responsible for recruiting, hiring, training 1099 contract sales representatives under them within their region. Will manage a local business office in association with the owner and will assist in the hiring of fellow regional managers. This position is a 1099 contract position and performance base pay is based on his or her account executives production with annual bonus potential. This position, if successful will be converted to an employee salaried Vice President position once the business has been established and has grown according to projections. Looking for a person with district/divisional management skills, preferably someone who has been a regional, district, and state manager, director of sales or related position. The candidate will have the flexibility to operate a home based office with occasional travel within his or her Region.
